ABOUT THE SPACE

White Moose - Scissortail Park is conveniently located in the heart of OKC. With easy access from I-40 and a beautiful view of the scissortail bridge and downtown, this space is perfect for your event.

The 1800 sqft open floor plan is filled with raw character and can accommodate up to 50 guests seated inside. The exposed brick and rafters from the 1930s add charm and elegance and the massive North and West facing windows fill the space with dreamy light.

 FAQ

How does payment work?  Is there a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required at booking. The deposit is non-refundable and reserves your event time. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card.

Can I use the vendors I want?

Yes, you may use whatever vendors you would like; We have an open vendor policy. We do provide a list of preferred vendors upon request.

Do you require a licensed bartender?

For events with more than 40 people, we do require a licensed bartender.  Proof of license and insurance must be received one week prior to the event.  Exceptions apply.

Do I have to purchase event insurance?

For events with more than 40 attendees, we require event insurance. This may be purchased through your current insurance provider or online through companies such as www.theeventhelper.com. It typically costs about $100. Proof of liability insurance is due to White Moose Studios one week prior to the event.

Can I get into the space before my scheduled time?  

You are allowed access to the space beginning and ending with the time on your contract. We must adhere to the contracted time for liability and staffing purposes.  

What furniture do you keep in the space that we can use?  

The current inventory is listed on the website.  If you have a specific need, feel free to reach out. 

 Are chairs and tables included?  

Absolutely!  We provide 8 beautiful 8-foot wood tables with hairpin legs and 80 white metal chairs. See website for photos.

Is there a kitchen?  

No, we do not have an onsite kitchen and do not allow onsite cooking without special permission. We highly recommend food trucks or catering companies for your food and beverage needs.

You are required to adhere to the current city mandates regarding COVID-19.
